Wesley's 1st trip to the Memphis Zoo!

The Sager Family love the zoo and aquariums.  Wes's Aunt got us a membership to the Memphis Zoo for Christmas.  We don't live that far away so since Monday was so beautiful we decided to pack up everything and take Wesley to the zoo for the 1st time.  We had a great time.  He really liked seeing all the animals.  They had a seperate part of the zoo dedicated to farm animals and it was kinda funny.  We took Wesley in there and we had already been there for quite awhile.  But they had a cow right next to the fence and Wesley we terrified of it.  They had a fake cow that kids could sit on and get their picture taken on it and he freaked out when we went to put him on there.  Other than that it seemed like he had a good time.  He stayed awake the whole time we were there.  Then he crashed as soon as we got in the car!  Many pictures were taken.  Then yesterday I had a dr's appt which is in Paducah, Ky where we used to live.  So we headed up there in the morning.  I'm tellin ya Wesley has had a busy couple of days.  He was so good. He got tossed around between my friends and he did so good.  So, now we are home for the rest of the week, which I am fine by.  It's tiring getting a 1yr old ready to be out of the house all day!  Atleast we don't have to take a bottle and we can just take Big Boy sippy cups with us!!  He is doing so well with that.
